Registering

How do I sign up?
You can sign up by simply filling in your details (full name, email, password & phone number). Once you have created a password, you will receive a confirmation email for you to confirm your registration. Please check your junk mail if you have yet to receive the email.
Can I sign up any other way?
Yes, you can sign up by your Gmail and Facebook accounts!
I am receiving an error message when I register saying that the user email is already taken?
We are sorry about this! We are slowly fixing all the cracks within the website and your email should have still been confirmed even with the error message. You can contact us on info@li3ib.com if you have any questions or concerns.

Start a Game

Do I have to be a Li3ib user to start a game?
Yes
How do I start a game?
Simply click the start a game tab, choose your preferred timing & field, invite your friends, and get ready to play.
Is there a minimum amount in my balance to start a game?
No, there is no minimum amount in your balance to start a game. However, you will need to have the exact amount that a field requires in order to start a game and pay online. If you would like to handle payments offline then you can start a game without payment.
Can I choose any venue after starting a game?
Yes, as long as it is available on the specified date and time chosen.
Who can play with me in the game I started?
If the game was private, you can invite specific friends to the game. If the game was public, then all your friends on Li3ib can see the game you started and ask to join.
How do I pay for the field?
You can choose to pay online via Li3ib Credit or cash at the venue.
Is there a maximum amount of games I can start or join at one time?
No, there is no maximum amount of games you can start and join. However it all depends on the amount of Li3ib credit that you have.

Join a Game

Can I join any game?
You can only join a game if it's a public game or a private game you are invited to.
Can I be part of more than one game?
Yes, as long as the games are not the same time.

How can I add money to my Li3ib wallet?
Buying one of our credit bundles and pay through KNET.
What are the credit bundles?
2.5 KD, 10 KD, 30 KD
Who can be part of my team?
Anyone (friends and non-friends)
How can I use the teams feature?
You can choose the team instead of inviting individual players to a scheduled game.

Friends

How can I add friends to my profile?
You will be able to add friends by inviting them to join li3ib, or visiting their existing profile on li3ib
How can I invite friends?
Once you have started a game, you will be asked to invite your friends to join the game through a link.

Venues

How can I differentiate between the fields?
You can differentiate between the fields by clicking on each venue, you can see all venue features
Can I choose any venue after starting a game?
Yes, as long as it is available on the specified date and time chosen.

Where can I see upcoming games?
On the bottom right side of your Dashboard

My Profile

Do I have a profile picture?
Yes, you do and you are able to change the profile picture simply by editing your profile.
Where can I edit my details?
You can edit your phone number, email, name, and other information on the left hand side your Dashboard.

Payments

Are online payments safe?
Li3ib takes payments very seriously, therefore we guarantee 100% security when you pay using our website.
Do I get a refund if I cancel a game that I started?
Yes, you get a full refund if you cancel 12 hours before kickoff time. If you cancel less than 12 hours before kickoff time then you will have to pay 50% of the field booking as a penalty (split between confirmed players).
